What We Do
L.B. Plastics, Inc. is a leader in PVC extrusion with over 50 years experience. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Mooresville, North Carolina. We are known as an innovator in the industry, dedicated to the design and manufacture of rigid and flexible PVC profiles. L.B. Plastics specializes in extruding large, close-tolerance PVC profiles. Our dedicated team of engineers can take your custom extrusion requirements from idea to production.
Applciations
Our engineering department has access to the most up-to-date CAD and EDM tolling techniques to convert even the most complicated design from concept to finished product. Our automated in-line manufacturing processes include, but are not limited to: drilling, printing, notching, embossing and ultrasonic welding. Our expertise also includes duel-durometer co-extrusion, capstocking, injection molding and blow molding. Our diverse in-house manufacturing processes allow us to use the same high-grade material and become a one-stop shop for our customers. We also have extensive experience working with custom compounds requiring precise colorization, as well as, conductive, anti-static, low smoke, self-lubricating and anti-microbial materials.
